No breakfast

Clean room. Hotel did not bring up extra water when asked but it was late. This hotel was clean and nice but the rooftop closed early and on Friday it was hard to sleep during the crowd of people playing drums that did not at all sound like pleasant music - more so people who did not know how to play drums banging on them while seemingly drunk individuals danced around. It was an odd experience.

Beautiful place lots to do can not beat for the price.

Room was clean, would have preferred a microwave in the room but otherwise had all necessary amenities.

I don't often leave reviews of hotels, but our stay at the Kimpton Arras in Ashville was truly exceptional. The room was lovely and well appointed, the staff were generous, friendly and interested (everyone from the valet parking staff to the front desk personnel--Adam was a standout--were exceptional) and made us feel right at home. Didn't take advantage of the spa or restaurant for anything other than breakfast, but the food we did have was very good and reasonably (for a nice hotel) priced. We stayed here two nights and then spent two nights at the Omni Grove Park Inn and all told, this hotel was both less expensive and an overall better experience (especially as regards the personnel, who were more attentive and professional than GPI, in my opinion). Will definitely plan on staying next time we are in town, as the convenience to the downtown area cannot be beat.
