The drinking glasses were dirty most of the time. That was disappointing. The staff were lovely and pleasant. Dinner timings and options were limited. We were signature level and would have expected options for sea view, but those seemed to only be for the main building Food was okay.

We loved everything about the resort, the grounds, the pool areas, the dining options. Great location and definitely catch the shuttle to Cefalu which the hotel runs in the morning and afternoon, only 25 min bus ride.

Our stay at Villa Diana was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Dario made us feel incredibly welcome and cared for. The property itself feels like stepping into a beautiful Victorian home — elegant, charming, and full of character in every detail. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast. In the morning we were served a gorgeous banquet of homemade food, all prepared with such care and top quality ingredients. The presentation, dishes, and decoration were simply stunning and made the experience feel luxurious and special. We also loved the adorable animals around the property, which added even more warmth and charm to the atmosphere. Dario went above and beyond during our stay, even making a restaurant reservation for us with an incredible view of the Valley of the Temples.
