I am a very picky customer and this hotel hit the mark when it comes to location, cleanliness and room comfort.

Gorgeous room. Wonderful amenities. Even the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. I felt like I was staying in an art gallery.

A lot of bugs in the room and my reservation was messed up when I went to check in. Very out dated as well. Only one ice machine on the ground floor in a hot room so if you’re in higher up floors you have to walk all the way down stairs. Breakfast was very basic nothing to look forward to wake up to. This is place is good for a night emergency and leave the next day

We had a nice stay at the Bellevue. Our room was comfortable, and clean. Our biggest issue was at Pergola, for breakfast. We ordered eggs and omelettes, which seemed a safe bet. Unfortunately, they came with potatoes that were covered in garlic and onion powder, rendering them completely inedible. We sent one of the plates back and said we couldn’t eat it , it was so bags. There was no apology, and they still billed us for it! We should have argued, but instead chalked it up to a learning lesson, and probably won’t be back.

Exceptional hotel. Inner courtyard with pool is amazing. I used the gym area and appreciated the space/equipment. This spot is great for couples or a quiet retreat for adults, but perhaps not the best for kids. My teen was not enthusiastic to visit Bastia, which has a glorious menu but doesn't translate well to picky eaters with limited adventurous spirits. Parking is a challenge-I could not figure out where the secure lot is located and managed to parallel however parallel parking in Philadelphia requires skills not easily maintained living in Atlanta.
