R emotion staff couldn’t care less, providing new guests zero communication e.g. that the restaurant at night offers a yummy (all home cooked) 3 course dinner. The thermal facility runs amateurish. People checking in at 2pm cannot use the spa until 6pm and then only for 1.5 hr, seriously? The place has so much potential but zero marketing.

Pictures on expedia website were not as what property presented. Motel was out of town and off a highway-made it hard to walk to with no vehicle. Staff were friendly and room was clean

"Excellent breakfast, good location. Nice room although the bed was a bit small for a tall person. Only downside is that the owner was a bit passive aggressive and sarcastic and such is life I suppose with people who have good and bad days."
