"I liked that the website shows the best part of the hotel but, onve you get there they give the customers the worst part of the hotel. They put you like in a corner with zero nice viwz to what they show in their website, and zero attemtion and or service. Personnel is rude and out of the 19 days I stayed in only 3 days I had hot water most of the time their water is bitter cold and they don't care. Once you in the hotel, nothing they can do to fix the problem. I won't recommend this place to any...

"The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. However the hotel is not close to a good beach; I had to take a taxi each day to Playa Santa Cruz. Also, Tangolunda is a bit of a backwater; there are hardly any restaurants or shops in the area, just gated mega resorts"
