I had the most incredible experience at ME Milan - Il Duca! The service provided by Jenny Rossi, Aura Manager, Sabrina Gallo, Concierge, Anthony Ardizzone, Head Concierge, and Gabriela Serranti, Front Office Manager, was simply outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for guests truly stood out.Having traveled to almost 14 countries across Europe, I can confidently say that this was the best hotel experience I've ever had. The Italian hospitality displayed by the team at ME Milan - Il Duca, was unparalleled. The hotel met our needs while in Milan.The only suggestion I would make to the owners is to have the carpet in the hallways removed. I understand that carpeting in the hallways helps reduce noise but, even though we could tell it had been recently cleaned (with soap and water, not just vacuumed), there was still a distinct smell of cigarette smoke coming from it. That's the only negative we could find, otherwise the room and the hotel was perfect for what we needed.
