The overall experience was remarkable.
Late checkin experience could have been better and needs some attention. The code for obtaining the key from the key box could have been shared upfront. In its absence, I had to make a local call but I had to borrow a phone from someone locally since I couldn’t make it from my phone that’s from other country.

Extremely spacious, well maintained, friendly and welcoming staff. Bonus that breakfast was included too.
I was a bit taken aback at having to pay for parking overnight being in a residential area.
Overall we will definitely return here if visiting Baden-Baden.

"We had the romantic studio which was very cozy situated just below the top floor with a nice wooden frame ambiance. Though located in the City Centre it was quiet and just a few steps to the Stadtsee. Absolutely recommended."
