"Besonders gut hat uns die Lage am Wald und das große sichtgeschützte Gartengrundstück mit der schönen Terrasse gefallen. Auch für den Hund ideal. Schade, dass Hunde im See nicht baden dürfen. Der einzige Mangel war der Zugang zum Haus. Da unser Auto recht groß ist, war es schwierig, am Auto vorbei um das ganze Haus rum zum Stellplatz zu kommen (das ist bei anderen Häusern besser). "Zum "relaxen" und "runterkommen" genau das Richtige. Liebevoll eingerichtetes Hausboot. Alles da was man braucht. Zum Outlet Center und in die Innenstadt nur wenige Gehminuten. Von der Terrasse traumhafter Ausblick auf die Wasser- und Tierwelt und auf Roermond. Vielleicht wichtig für andere Reisende/ Buchende: Schlafzimmer nur mit einem Vorhang vom Wohn-/Essbereich abgetrennt. Um ins andere ( Kojen ) Zimmer zu kommen, muss man durch das Schlafzimmer. "This home was a perfect stay during our visit to the Düsseldorf trade show(about 30 min). The apartment was super clean, bright, all the comforts of home plus more extras like spices, coffee, shampoo, and welcome drink and snack. Ellen was delightful and a wonderful host. Highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back if we are in the area again."

"Prachtig park, heel nieuw, mooi meer. De beplanting is nog allemaal heel klein, dat is jammer, je zit erg in het zicht van de buren. Huis is ook heel mooi, wij verbleven in een watervilla, prachtig aan / met uitzicht op het meer. In de omschrijving staat dat er airco aanwezig is, dat is echter niet het geval. Het is een soort verkoelingssysteem, maar dat koelt niet zo goed als een airco bij warm weer. Er was geen bbq aanwezig, jammer. Verder redelijk compleet."
