When I got there, the apartment was not an executive apartment. I was on the ground floor with no privacy as there were only sheers on the windows. There wasn’t any Wifi. The person who checked me in yelled at me because I was not satisfied with the place as it wasn’t what I had reserved. There was exactly one comforter and one pillow, and no other blankets or sheets. It was super hot, no AC, so there was no ability to sleep as there weren’t any light blankets. I normally sleep with a pillow for my leg as I had knee surgery, but there wasn’t another pillow for me to use to prop up key knee. They would not refund me the difference in apartments.
