This 2 bedroom apartment, renovated in 2019, can accommodate up to 6 people: it consists of a master bedroom (twin bed), a 2nd bedroom (2 separate beds), a shower room with WC, a separate WC, an equipped kitchen, open to the living room (fireplace, sofa bed) / dining room. It is perfectly located on the village square, 2 steps from the conveyor belt leading to the cable cars, shops, restaurants, Spa, etc. once there, no need for a car!
The accommodation is located on the 5th floor of a building (lift to the 4th floor, then staircase inside the apartment) facing south with a breathtaking view of the Rhône valley. It is not recommended for children under the age of 7 due to the openwork railing partially securing the stairs. It is equipped with a TV connected to the cable, WIFI, an iron, ironing board, a hairdryer. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, an induction hob, a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided), a kettle, a toaster. Board games are also available to tenants. In the basement, a garage is available, included in the price, in which you can leave your ski equipment, sledges, etc.
The apartment is located at the eastern end of the village square (completely pedestrian zone). The entrance to the building gives directly onto the square. In winter, you can enjoy the ice rink at the foot of the building, the toboggan run in the immediate vicinity. The Anzère Wellness & Spa center is a 3-minute walk away. Directly on the village square, you will find bars, restaurants, bakery, the tourist office, sports shop, hairdresser, paragliding center, etc.
