"Loved the house, loved the location and loved the stay. I especially liked the nod to the family’s heritage and history through the art work and photos. The property had character and everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach easy for our 4 & 5 year olds. There were fresh flowers on the table when we arrived that made for a very nice welcome. I would definitely book this property again."

"My husband and I had our first trip to Folly Beach. We loved it! The cottage we rented was perfect. It was so clean and well stocked with lots of towels in the bathroom and kitchen. The outdoor shower was one of the best we’ve had. We were able to walk everywhere. The only time we got in our car was to drive to the lighthouse. We will definitely rent this cottage again!"

"We had the best weekend in IOP ! 8 of us came in from all over the east coast to celebrate our 60th birthdays . We have been friends since high school and we had a lot of catching up to do ! The house was perfect for our group ! The bedroom and bathroom set up was perfect , the outdoor spaces lush and private and very well lit at night . The kitchen was well stocked and we had a wonderful weekend !"

"Enjoyed our time here relaxing. The deck was great to sun on and still have the Ocean feel to it, as there were so many surfers that you really couldn’t get in the water. A few boards on the deck need to be replaced, and the grill legs are rusted and needs to be replaced. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here and will consider it if we go back to Folly Beach."

"This place is super cozy but close to everything! We walked to many coffe shops and drove around downtown which was about 10 minutes drive (my mom can’t walk far). Very responsive Host and beds were comfy!"

"Property was great. Conveniently located to many shops and restaurants. Overall Very clean. However, several bed pillows had sweat stains on them and we ran out of the body wash in the primary bathroom. Lots of steep steps to get to property so not good for anyone with knee or back issues"

"We found the home in clean condition and with comfortable furniture and beds. As mentioned in other reviews it sits on a busy highway and 2 of the bedrooms have street lights that shine in a bit. Location is convenient and overall it was a nice affordable stay"

"A beautifully appointed house with updated everything. Really enjoyed the views and the beach. The area was very busy over the weekend, but the weekdays were nice and quiet. We even got to see the dolphins in the mornings! Definitely a great place to stay!"

"This was a great property to stay. Very quiet and clean. The t.v. Was set high up on the wall and for us the main bedroom the mattress was very firm. But everything was new and clean. An amazing backyard and kitchen"

"This cottage was the perfect location for exploring Shem Creek and Old Village, walking Pitt street, plus restaurants basically across the street. It was quiet and peaceful and easy to get to beaches and into the city. It was a bonus being able to bring our dog. The courtyard in the back was fenced in and private even though there is another cottage that shares the yard. We will definitely be back."

"Place was great with a lot of character. Close to the beach and Center St. We weren't there for the bar scene but that didnt get in our way. We could hear the bands but they werent disruptive. Sprial stair case is not for everyone (including our 35 lb dog). Great place."
