best location in 5 min walk from mainc square, quiet street, room included air purifier and coffee machine which was big advantage for me as coffee lover. owner is helpful with everything. 10/10 in overall from me

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff are a real asset and made us feel welcome throughout our visit.
Our room was spotless, and we were especially impressed with how comfortable the bed and pillows were, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was modern, very clean, and well stocked with lovely fluffy towels.
Our balcony overlooked a traditional courtyard rather than the main street, which turned out to be a real bonus. Major roadworks were taking place along the entire street 24/7, but thanks to the excellent soundproofing of the windows and balcony doors, we weren’t disturbed at all and slept peacefully every night.
The hotel’s location was also convenient, with a SPAR just a few doors away for drinks, snacks, and other essentials.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi.
