This two-level home has been recently updated and is located just minutes from the beach. It offers a spacious living area with large windows and a handy kitchen in which to prepare those family meals. Two bedrooms and a bath are on the first floor, and three bedrooms, a bath, a small open living area with a beautiful fireplace, and an outdoor deck are on the second floor. 302CL QUIET HOURS: 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (use of outdoor areas strictly prohibited). This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). The rooftop deck is absolutely gorgeous and the perfect place to layout in the sun, away from all the crowds. The location of the house is a quick walk from downtown which was perfect because you didn't have to deal with all the walking or vehicle traffic like other home closer to main street. We had a great weekend in Catalina, and the location of the property was amazing. We were able to walk anywhere we needed to. Communication with property managers were great, we had broken fans and coffee makers and they replaced them quickly. The house needs some updates, the top balcony umbrella wouldn’t open, there were even more broken fans than the ones we returned. When it is 90 degrees with no a/c it was unbearable upstairs without good fans. The fridge needs a deep clean, it definitely had a smell, but it didn’t stop us from using it. We saw a mouse one night in the upstairs bathroom, notified management and they called pest control right away. Location is 5 stars, cleanliness and broken items brought it down to a 3\.
