-Rental Agreement must be e-signed after 48 hours after booking, which requests the names and ages of adult guests.
-Included with your reservation is an accidental damage protection insurance policy that protects everyone from any unexpected accidents. The full name, address and date of birth of the primary renter must be submitted within 48 hours after booking to our insurance partner, Safely.
-Bachelor/Bachelorette groups must all be over 30 years old.
-Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.
-Additional deposits may be required.
-No pets allowed. If you are traveling with a pet, reach out as we can help you find a pet-friendly place.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.

Spacious Modern home! Perfect for our family with separate rooms and bathrooms for all. Beds comfy. Outside area needs grooming. Kids loved the foosball table. Close to local attractions and shopping.

Beautiful home, FANTASTIC location
My husband and I hosted our friends from Alabama. The house is warm, open, and spacious. We loved the quirky wall art! The kitchen and living room space was perfect for cooking and hanging out, especially with the huge sectional couch. The house is well stocked with dishes, towels, spices, etc. We really enjoyed the pool because it is HOT in Austin. We were minutes from S Lamar and S Congress. We appreciated the garage parking as well.

Awesome in Austin
We had such a wonderful time. Not only is Austin an amazing city, the stay at Juno made it incredibly easy to go everywhere. The location was close to amenities and parks and restaurants. The Juno neighborhood was quiet and adorable. We were able to stroll after dinner and even walk to an area store for replenishment of necessities. Deanna was superb to work with and our stay could not have been more comfortable. We were a mix of family: two seniors:two adults and two kids. Juno was a hit. Beautifully decorated and spacious enough for everyone to have their own nesting spot. Highly recommend Renter’s Club and Juno specifically.

Awesome time in Austin
8 of us went for a girls' weekend. The house was in a fantastic location, very close to South Congress and Rainey Street. There is a coffee shop and HEB supermarket right around the corner so it's easy to grab what you need if you don't have a car. The beds were comfortable, the living area was great for us to hang out in, and the house had everything we needed. It was a little warm in the house when we first arrived and we couldn't quite figure out the thermostat, but I text the Property Manager and heard back very quickly with instructions on what we needed to do. They even allowed us to check in a few hours early since nobody was there right before us. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone traveling to the Austin area.

The house is so charming and lovely for a weekend stay with friends. It’s also in a great location. Communication with the host was wonderful. The only confusion around the check in process was the house address is around the corner from the address listed with the property but it was all provided in the check in instructions!

MOLD NIGHTMARE-DONT RENT
Being excited to go on my husband's birthday trip to Austin quickly became a nightmare. Upon our late arrival, we were given two different addresses, and the correct address was not what the original booking looked like. After waking the following day, we noticed many water-damaged areas of the house, mainly upstairs. You could visibly see mold on the ceiling, flooring, and in the washing machine. I immediately texted the host to let them know and see what the remedy would be. They asked for pictures for confirmation, which I gave. They then admitted to having a small leak from the roof but assured me that they had no mold, even though you could visibly see it. They said they would talk with the owners and get back to me. The host never responded to me again. I have contacted VRBO and am still waiting to hear from the company.
