"The amenities were not as expected of a Hyatt property. Cheap towels... mattress and pillows were cheap. No robes in room. Staff was not helpful or friendly. Will not stay there again."

"I loved the decorations in the room. And hotel inside and outside . Super clean. And the sushi restaurant inside the hotel was excellent and economical. Loved the restaurant decor. Friendly staff in the hotel and restaurant. Bed was like heaven. I miss it already."

"The staff was not the friendliest or welcoming at front desk, there was some Maintenance or other thing being done so the entire breakfast, table & chair area was closed off. We did not eat breakfast on site either day. There was only 2 bags of hot tea, both earl gray , and staff said they had no more tea on the premises. Our room smelled musty and damp and I had to use our body spray to make it pleasant. For the price of stay for 2 nights I expected better. "

"Room was not very clean, bathroom was dirty and had a urine smell. Air conditioner did not function correctly and the main room was not very clean as well. Parking structure was dirty as well. Stayed 20 mins and left the property to another stay at another hotel."

"I stayed a week prior and the hotel room on 4th floor with elevator down hall from.front desk was perfect. This last stay was a room on 5th floor with elevator behind tv...the elevator was suspect as if it hadnt been maintained in years. The room was clean but the shower was dirty and the chair on the left arm had a chunk out of it missing. Just wasnt appealing and had that been the first stay I wouldnt have booked a second stay"
