The apartment is spotless and counts with a pretty outdoor area. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and a couple of music and comedy venues a couple of blocks over on East 6th Street, plus it's a quick walk to downtown Austin itself if you should want to. Not to mention the airport is quite close. Communication with the property managers is one of the best features - so very caring and responsive. Professional indeed. ##### Luis P.
