  • Beautiful townhouse nestled among towering live oaks. 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, 2 baths, and a double-bed size sleeper sofa in living room. Sleeps six comfortably. Small deck off living room with table & chairs. Awesome roof-top deck with views of the Capitol. Eat-in kitchen with range, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all dishes, glassware and utensils. May be combined, pending availability, with Eleven Oaks Suite to provide accomodations for eight people. Both Your hosts, Janelle and Ted, are on call to meet any need. Eleven Oaks Townhouse is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, indoors and out. Eleven Oaks Townhouse is not an STR party house. Occupancy is limited to six. Gatherings of people in addition to the renters is prohibited without the express permision of the hosts.
