Jul 17, 2024 #### Fabulous DT Austin Condo Natiivo was even better than I expected! They were very communicative and even with a late evening arrival, check-in was smooth. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. The wi-fi worked great and there were tons of channels to choose from on the tv. The unit we stayed in was a corner unit on the 32nd floor, the views were gorgeous anytime of day and we loved being just one flight of stairs away from the pool and club area. We used the yoga studio and gym, they had some good workout equipment. I also liked having a coffee shop/wine bar in the lobby. Everyone was very friendly...from other residents making small chat with my daughter and I in the elevators to the front desk staff. The location is great as well, you are close to the lake trail and close to Rainey Street. We used ride shares to get all over town and never seemed to cost us more than $10 as everything was so close. Jul 27, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Perfect The condo was perfect! 32nd fooor, right before the rooftop pool, and the views were unreal. If you’ve never been to Austin before, I highly recommend this stay! You can see lady bird lake and incredible views from the city right outside on the balcony AND just sitting in the living room. Host had all the basic necessities (dishes, towels, detergent, blankets, etc.) Check in was simply, valet took a few minutes each time but they did a great job during busier times ($40/night fee paid on arrival) The pool had very comfortable furniture to lounge in and the views day and night were incredible. The ONLY drawback was the WiFi. Took a good 5-10 minutes to connect each time we started the tv up. 10/10 stay - we’ll be back! ##### Arriauna W.
