Sep 21, 2023 #### Perfect location PROS: great location- there are restaurants & shops around the block, CVS/Whole Foods/Target a mile away. The river & hiking trail also about a mile away with kayaks, waterbikes, etc. The rooftop is lovely and the Congress St Bridge bats are visible from there. Lobby has good coffee and breakfast tacos. The unit was well stocked and had high end appliances. CONS: (None of which would keep me from staying at Natiivo again) unpleasant smell of sewage late in the evenings both nights between 9-11pm in our unit. We had family in another unit on the same floor that did not have this experience. We emailed vacasa & they promptly responded saying they would inform the operators. Valet erroneously charged an extra day upon departure. We were promptly refunded when we called it to their attention. Valet is not associated with Natiivo or Vacasa. It's a separate business.
