Everything was clean and ready upon check in and there were even complimentary beverages in the fridge up on arrival which was quite the nice touch and greatly appreciated after a long road trip. The neighborhood was quiet and street parking was easy to come by with a parking pad out back if needed. My only complaint would be that there isn't an exhaust fan in either of the bathrooms. There's an Original Pancake House really close! (my fav).The house was immaculately clean and well laid out, the furniture and bedding were very comfortable. Nice fluffy towels! We didn't need the parking pad in back (street parking in front was fine) but were glad to have it as an option.Check-in was easy, instructions were clear. Host is super responsive to any concerns. I'd definitely choose to stay here again when we return to the area. ##### Linda C. Everything was as described and the communication was great also. Close enough to all the things but not too close either so the traffic was not crazy.
