"The room itself was decent, with a nice water view and a small balcony, but overall the hotel was fairly average. Unfortunately, the woman working the front desk was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. There is no elevator, and with no first-floor accessible room available, my mother, who is dealing with back and hip issues, had to climb the stairs while we carried our luggage up. The front desk attendant showed absolutely no concern or even basic friendliness. Later, when I asked where the ice machine was, she barely acknowledged me and gave vague directions that actually led toward an employees-only area. A simple smile, pleasant attitude, or willingness to help would have made a big difference. Hospitality matters, and the front desk experience left a very negative impression on an otherwise decent stay. I would not stay at this hotel again because of the front-service clerk."

"I really loved the property it was clean the staff was very friendly and helpful! I needed to get a paperwork sent out ASAP and they were so happy to help! The only negative I could see was I was on the bottom floor and the curtains were absolutely Devine the dark curtains and the sheers but when I went to bed I couldn’t shut the dark curtains so I thought well ok no biggie I will turn the other direction! Well uh-oh I woke up at 11 PM thinking it was morning and it wasn’t the parking lights and someone’s headlights were shining into my room window, at 3 AM I woke again thinking it was time to get up but it was the parking lights shining into my bedroom window again so this happened for a couple of nights until I remedied it myself I don’t like to complain when it’s just one item and I am the only person in the room…I get weirded out. But it’s all good I lived every thing else!"

"Great location and great staff here! No complaints. The breakfasts offer a wide selection that anyone will find something to enjoy. The pool and hot tub are kept clean with the towels stocked. The gym was nice. The ONLY surprise was that I was charged extra for parking, which I didn’t know about ahead of time and so that was an extra $10/day that would have affected where I booked in the future."

"My family and I have stayed at this location several times over the years. It’s been a couple years since we’ve stayed here, and it looks like they’ve done some renovations, refreshed the furniture in the suites, and overall it looks updated. Food was delicious in the morning as always staff were very friendly, the only complaints I have was that Teh hot tub did not work very well and the second night that we used it. It was not even warm and the Jets were not working. I definitely would still stay here again."
