"If you are using valet parking at the hotel instead of at a nearby lot, allow extra time for drop-off, and especially for retrieval, if on a tight schedule. I assume my car was somewhere in an Underground Atlanta parking lot because it took a while, even at 6:30 AM on a Sunday, for the attendant to arrive with the car."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Phoenix Atlanta! The location was great and very convenient to so many attractions. The staff was amazing—everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, and overall I had a wonderful experience. My only suggestion would be to reconsider the incidental authorization amount per night, as I found it to be a little high. Aside from that, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again!"

"The stay wasn't a bad stay. The only problems I had was that Air Conditioner Making a annoying rattle and vibration at times and the super low toilet and one ply bathroom tissue. If it wasn't for those three things it would have been a perfect experience!!"

"The room was clean, but I was given the wrong room. I paid for a king and got a room with 2 full beds. The staff was no help and gave me 2 breakfast coupons like that would help. We were at the front desk for a half hour while they tried to fix my account anyways, since the guy who checked us in initially messed up. Parking is $65/day so we parked elsewhere and used rideshare to save the most money."

"This hotel is a hidden gem. The boutique style gives it a New York feel. The decor is cool as well with a vintage vibe. I think the room was well equipped with cool lighting that dim on all switches making the mood better and softer than traditional hotels. I would recommend this place for sure!"
