The innkeeper is the sweetest lady who is very accommodating. The Inn as a whole needs some TLC, but it’s beautiful and a nice place to stay regardless; and it is extremely convenient to everything in historic downtown Augusta.
It was a good experience. The happy faces is all you should need. This add'l writing is a waste of my time.
Room was very clean and bed and room in general very comfortable. Hotel is a little aged but convenient to river walk and I would stay there again. No breakfast included nor exercise facilities though I understand you can use the new YWCA which is an look or so away.
The location is right on the Riverwalk, which is very nice. However, you had to pay extra for parking - it should have been included. Also, they did not offer a breakfast package, which would have been nice.
