Auf den Holln Vacation Packages

Lovely new hotel, very automated (electronic door locks that I struggled with). Parking was extra (and didn’t really looked secure). But all very nice, a good 24/7 bakery is a bit along the street.

Very budget friendly clean and walking distance to station and nearby places front desk young pleasant staff for the price of the stay is very good deal clean and basic but does the purpose keep it up

Good hotel, friendly and helpful staff and no issues at all with the property. It is a little out of the city centre but there’s a tram and bus stop a few minutes walk away. Also a 24hr petrol station for things like water, drinks etc a minute away which was handy

Heating didn’t work even though it was 6-7 degrees in the evening. The staff said that temperature was not low enough to run the central heating system. I asked him to offer an extra blanket, and he said that he would come in about 10 minutes. I waited for 2 hours (until 2 am), but he didn’t come. The hotel was great overall, but they need to train their staffs for appropriate service.

Strengths: Great location surrounded by forest. Clean room and comfortable bedding. Areas for improvement: Reception staff seemed unsure about room availability. The shower temperature was difficult to adjust and unstable.
