Starland looks and probably is a remodeled Condo/AirBnb type development, so it has all the usual pluses and minuses that come with it. In other words, expect more of a rental unit type situation than either a hotel or motel. That being said, the remodeling was nicely done, the facilities are clean and secure, the beds are comfortable and best of all it is within a stone's throw of the Sylvia Park Mall. The price is affordable too, so if you want a no-frills and budget-friendly apartment unit close to the mall, I don't think you can do better than this. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking facilities and utensils as well as a dining table and chairs. An iron and ironing board were also available in the wardrobe. The bathroom and shower were great with fresh towels provided as required. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay again.
