We asked housekeeping at 9:30 am to come into room and take trash out and dirty towels and leave new towels. We returned at 6 pm and they didn’t do anything. I tried calling front desk with room phone and that was broken. I used my cell and was put on hold for 15 minutes to be told well housekeeper is gone so u can walk down and get towels. The room had dirty bathroom floors with black dirt from shoes and the room floors was so sticky our shoes were sticking to t It. Some staff were so nice and accommodating and others seemed to be bothered when approached to ask for something because we took them from there phones that they were sitting around using.

Excellent Staff at the Front Desk, Hands Down Room rate was discounted for us via a hotel app and we got a room with a sluggish commode and a needs-to-be-cloroxed shower floor. But hey.. they had a fresh sheets, no bedbugs, a wake up call and check out at noon. So, there’s all that AND an airport shuttle running like clockwork..

Room is decorated very cool and bed was super comfortable. I had to checkout at 5:30 am and the front desk guy took at least 3 minutes to get off his phone and acknowledge me, and kind of acted like I was bothering him when I asked for a receipt.

Airport transfers are very well organised, but one of the guys at the front desk needs to be taught how to talk to the customers, i wasnt happy to be told that i will not be allowed at the premises in a very rude 'tone' because i was at the hotel a bit earlier for checking in, it could be the hotel policy, but the 'tone' wasnt good at ALL.
