The accommodation is 8 km from Atlanta Botanical Garden, and guests benefit from private parking available on site and free WiFi. The air-conditioned apartment consists of 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a hairdryer and free toiletries, and a seating area. There's a dining area and a kitchen complete with a dishwasher, a microwave and a fridge. “We manage multiple apartments in this building and neighborhood. You will be allotted one of the many apartment at this address. It maybe be possible that the photos are not a exact match since the layout of various apartments is different. However the size, area, facilities and amenities of all apartment is the same. This was before we booked the reservation, so we overspent for a room we would have otherwise not booked. This is dishonest. During the stay, there was a note left on the door stating that sub-letting was not allowed in the building. This was confusing and caused us unneeded stress, like we weren't allowed to be there?? We asked for only a partial refund for the pool being completely closed and have not had any support at all in making the matter right. Would never recommend this host to anyone. ##### Beth G.
