    I don’t know why there’s so many bad reviews. It was cute in there & cozy. Wasn’t dirty. Each room had its own lock pad on the outside. Nice back yard deck with chairs. Projector sound wasn’t that good but it worked & worked well. There is a two car driveway to park. Neighbors weren’t bothering anyone. 10/10 stay thank you.

    Be careful when booking this property. Never got to stay at this property. Booked months in advance and sent a message on the day of check in to property manager. Arrived in ATL and asked if we could do an early check in. Received a call statement, they were trying to figure out a way to call and let me know that the property had been damaged from someone who rented the night before and the repairs could not be fixed by my check in time. The property manager was dishonest in disclosing this information and rented the property out to someone else. I don’t recommend booking this property for this very reason.

    I don’t usually like to leave negative reviews, but I believe this feedback may help future guests.Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The house was not clean upon arrival. The kitchen, including the cabinets and surfaces, was dirty, and the bathrooms were also unclean. In one of the bathrooms, the curtain rod fell down just from touching it.The rooms were very dark and poorly lit. The shower was a major issue: the water would turn on and off during use—sometimes stopping completely—and at other times suddenly turning cold while showering.Check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 PM, but we had to remind the host after that time before we were able to check in. On the first day, two people checked in, but we ended up leaving early because we did not feel safe staying at the property.Additionally, the doors were difficult to use and did not feel well maintained. One of the windows had a visible crack, which was not mentioned beforehand.Overall, the property did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, comfort, or maintenance, and we were very disappointed with our experience.
