Our place is awesome for work groups and large families given its large size and close proximity to Atlanta’s best attractions. Our max capacity is 20 people.

Attending a World Congress conference or selling at Americasmart? Impress your colleagues with a quiet space to come home to after the hubbub. Across the two floors everyone can relax and interact at their own pace.

Family coming in town? Plenty of space with two kitchens to prepare a feast, play foosball or giant Connect4, and watch the game on the big TV.

Our place is a freestanding duplex home, with 2 complete units stacked on top of one another - that means 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, etc. Our guests love this layout to have a “quiet floor” for the early birds and the other for the night owls ;) Check out our pics to see the floor plan details.

Convenient location and Plenty of Room

My co-workers and I stayed here for a conference at the Georgia World Congress Center. It was convenient and close to the GWCC. We had plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at a lot of large properties for various conventions and so far this one has been the best one to date. There is ample space to sleep and no one ends up feeling cramped. Thanks again for allowing us to stay.

Amazing for a family gathering

Had a group of 15 people stay here for three days and we absolutely loved it. The house was great and everyone had an amazing time. The host was super accommodating and easy to reach with a simple check in process.

Great accommodations for large group

This home was very accommodating for our group of 8 and would be great for even more- with 8 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens, our home away from home was very relaxing. The air conditioning in this home was the best we have ever experienced in any vrbo and our host Shannon does a fantastic job with communication and making sure you are taken care of.

Great place to explore downtown Atlanta!

I was here for a work trip with my colleagues for a few nights and Shannon was a great host. Easy check in, house was very clean and provided us with plenty of amenities. Next time I come back in town, I am reaching back out to Shannon!

Atlanta Trip

Very clean and convenient to most attractions. Bushes on the side of the house need to be trimmed down a little bit, they scraped the side of my van when I got in and out.

Excellent location and layout for groups

We loved our stay at this spot. It was perfect for our group of 10. We had 8 students and 2 adults— each adult had their own room and the teens all enjoyed their own beds. Most rooms had tvs in them, the game room was also a hit with the students! Ideal location near some great restaurants and all the local area colleges.

Took eleven people to a conference in alpharetta. The accommodations were exactly what we needed and reasonably priced. The manager of the property stayed in contact throughout the visit. Couldn't have been easier.

We were a LARGE group and this property suited our needs perfectly. Loved the back porch adjoining to one of the primary suites. Parking was ample and location was exactly what we needed. We had some booking issues (on our end) and the hosts were patient and helpful. Thanks!

Great location to be close to downtown.

The house is nice with lots of space for guests. Everything was clean when we arrived. Everything felt secure with alarm system and electronic locks for all entry doors. The owner is very responsive and nice. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a place close to downtown with lots of space.

Company Event in ATL

My company was in town for a conference near GWCC. This property was exactly what we were looking for - a large, spacious house where we could all have our own rooms/space, but allowed us to make dinners and debrief as a team when needed. The location was close to where we needed to be (~10 minute drive at most), and quiet. Shannon was fantastic - great communication about the upcoming reservation, check-in and even through the duration of our stay. If you have a larger group, or looking for a nice quiet place that offers a welcoming and spacious environment, I would definitely recommend.

Amazing house and location

This house was simply amazing. It was stocked with all of our needs. Plus some. The area was quite and nice. The house was clean. We were there for cheer sport nationals and it was a quick drive to Down town. Lots of food places around. Looked scary at times but the people in the area were so sweet and made you feel so welcomed to the community. Thank you for any amazing stay! We can wait to comp back next year. By far one of the best house rental experiences I've had.

I have a friend group from all over the country and I have been the one to coordinate renting a house for us for many years to attend different cons (Blizzcon, Dragoncon, etc). I will say that this property rental was one of the best experiences that I've had. The owner's communication was super speedy, the listing was EXACTLY as described and the property was clean and well taken care of. If you've ever rented houses before, that's always a concern. It was our first trip to Atlanta as a group for Dragoncon. We had initially booked a different rental from a different owner which was horribly misrepresented and had many safety violations. We worked with VRBO's customer service to find a different property and this was the one we selected. I'm very glad we picked this one. Initially I was curious how it would work since it's a duplex. But the connecting door inside made all the difference. And having two kitchens was actually a big plus. We are already talking about going back next year and if we do, we hope stay here again. I think that speaks for itself.

5 Stars – Perfect Stay for Our Student Group!

We stayed at this property from March 26–31 with a group of 10 middle school students and 4 adult staff members while attending the Global Amazing Shake competition in Atlanta, and it could not have been a better fit. The split-level layout was ideal—it allowed us to separate male and female students by floor, and the two bathrooms on each level made mornings and evenings so much smoother.The multiple bedrooms on each floor, many with multiple beds, gave our students plenty of space to share comfortably, while still allowing each adult to have their own room and privacy—a huge bonus when traveling with a large group.The home was well-stocked with thoughtful essentials like coffee, filters, garbage bags, laundry detergent, and more—something we really appreciated with a group this size. It was clean, easy to find, in a safe and quiet neighborhood, and the privacy it offered made it feel like a home away from home.The hosts were incredibly easy to work with—responsive, kind, and checked in multiple times to ensure everything was up to par. We had zero issues during our stay, and everything was exactly as described (if not better). We’re so grateful to the hosts for providing such a comfortable and well-prepared space. Highly recommend for any group or family looking to stay in the Atlanta area!
