"Stains on the bedsheets the shower wall was discolored half way down. The other air conditioner, shattered not at all what I would expect for quality inn."

"The place was clean and beds comfortable. Had a quiet and nice outside area to sit and enjoy the marina and river. We enjoyed a shared kitchen area with family in the next room. Only complaint was the place smelled moldy/musty and the bathroom had no fan."

"My flight landed early and we arrived several Hours before check in. I had emailed the property the night before asking for early check-in. They said that I would likely be able to get in at 12 or 12:30. They advised that I should sign up for their rewards program, which I did. When we landed in the morning, I called and spoke to someone. She said I would be able to check in early…probably around 12 or 12:30. When I arrived, there were 3 people “working” at the desk. They had no Interest in getting me in early. I advised that I emailed and called and they said that check in isn’t until 3. I begged for mercy and they took my number and said they would call me when a room was clean. I sat in th car in the parking lot for hours. At 2:00 still no call. I saw people going in and coming out to get their suitcases from the car….multiple People. So, I went in and asked if there was something available and they rolled their eyes and gave me a room. They were very rude. I know that this was just a holiday inn but hospitality is a NOT their strength. I was only there for one night. The next hotel let me check in at 10. Big difference. Very accommodating. "
