"The Royal Pacific is a beautiful resort and all staff that we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. We arrived at the hotel at 7a to pick up Express Passes and leave our luggage, and surprisingly one of our 2 rooms was available and we were able to leave luggage in the room. There was a short line for early check in, but there were plenty of staff on hand and the line moved quickly. After dropping our bags in the room, we took the water taxi to Islands of Adventure for early admission. We had 2 full days of fun at Universal and the Royal Pacific was a beautiful, quiet hotel to relax at during our resting hours. "
