Room was not ready on arrival. Told check in was 3pm which i was aware of. Sat and had a drink whilst i waited. Witnessed other guests being allocated their room . 3pm tried to check in to be told room still wasnt ready and was asked to wait 5 minutes. 10 minutes passed and still no room Did complain and was given my room which met mine and my daughters need. Toiletries in the bathroom were lovely. Checked out the following morning at 11am staff were kind enough to hold onto our baggage whilst we went for lunch. A taxi pulled up and several airline employees got out ready to check in. I bet they didnt have to wait until 3pm
