« The room was nice, tidy, & spacious. I loved the kitchenette. Convenient location just off the highway & near the venue I was in town for. But also seems to be near a busy part of that town, so that’s nice. Friendly staff. »

« l'hôtel est de très bonne qualité. le seul reproche est que la chambre n'était pas faite après un départ à 10h ou 10h30 le matin. C'est impecacable pour les gens en businees trip mais pas pour les personnes en vancances avec leur famille. dommage car le reste est de très bonne qualité. séjour très agréable malgré tout. »

« The positive: we liked the location. The negatives: the room had a strongly bad odor when we arrived and never got better. The bathroom floor and toilet were dirty. There was only one bracket where there was supposed to be a towel rack. Needs a new shower head(was not really adjustable) and shower curtain. It looked like they were attempting to fix up the front entrance with gardening items, but it was junky looking. »

« Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was quite dated but clean. Refrigerator worked but it had to be held closed. There was no breakfast but the coffee in the lobby was good. There was no coffee makers in the rooms. Didn’t use the pool or hot tub. It wasn’t bad for a night or two. There were a couple restaurants right next to the motel but Iron ridge is a really small town so there isn’t much around there, including a breakfast restaurant. All in all, not a bad motel but probably wouldn’t...

« Close drive to Milwaukee. Pool was cold. Hot tub was hot. Towels available. Quick check in. As we walked into the room ac was on it was freezing. We had to turn on heat to get it comfortable. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Olive Garden next door. Small breakfast room but breakfast was good. Front Desk staff was friendly. »

« We only stayed one night arrived quite late and left early.The staff was very outgoing, ready to accommodate anything that we would’ve needed or asked for. We left quite early in the morning, but they had coffee and crinkle ready at 6 AM. They helped carry our luggage to the car very helpful. »

« It's an older property and I suspect they are a little lite on staff. Both times I came to the desk nobody was there. They did answer the house phone when I dialed the number shown at the desk and did come promptly to handle my check-in and out... The room was a bit spare - no carpet, but it was clean and everything worked fine... Parking was tight - maybe just me, I arrived after 10pm and I think there was exactly one parking space left both nights - so all good, but there are just enough...

« The hotel was very expensive yet the quality of the interior surroundings, beds and baths are only slightly above the quality of a super 8. The beds are very hard and don't appear to have been upgraded when the hotel was renovated. In additon, the person at the check in was curt and not very kind. All in all, the stay was not worth the price. »

« I broke a bone in my foot on the way to Milwaukee. Upon arriving, I could barely walk and couldn’t stand the pain and foot continued swelling. We were there a total of 15 minutes and needed to check out so I could go to urgent care and head home. The front desk was of zero help and no partial refund was given. »
