Good, nothing special

Posted 21-Feb-2017
This is a perfectly fine hotel for convenience to attractions, price, and atmosphere. There is nothing fancy or special about the hotel. It's simply a decent place to stay. My only recommendation would be not to use the shampoo, conditioner or body soap provided in the shower. They smell terrible and the odor is quite strong.

Preferred Asheville Hotel

Posted 14-Feb-2017
Our company stays at this hotel for every stay. It is close to downtown, free parking and the staff are always wonderful.

Pros: Bed was very comfortable. Staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast was delicious.
Cons: Poor lighting in the room made it difficult to do work and get things ready for a meeting the next day. Harsh lighting next to the bed was unpleasant.
Arrived late because of flight delays. Staff was quite accommodating and welcoming.

Easy Walk in Asheville

Posted 30-Jan-2017
Pros: Location and cleanliness. Rooms seem recently renovated.
Cons: Two sitting chairs in the room.
Location: Walked to restaurants, shops, easy drive to sunset at the Grove Park.
Have stayed there many times. Very nice accomadations and east to walk to all of downtown Asheville.

Good value convenient to downtown

Posted 17-Jan-2017
Pros: Convenience
Cons: Bathroom cleanliness
Location: Easy walking distance to downtown, where there are lots of restaurants and music venues.
I have stayed here before-- it is not fancy but it is comfortable, inexpensive, and within walking distance to downtown. The only problem I noticed this time was that there was hair in the tub and around the toilet and the shower drained slowly. If they could do a better job of cleaning between guests this would be fine. The last time I stayed here the bathroom was clean so I will probably stay here again.

Great Stay!

Posted 3-Jan-2017
Just stayed for one night, but the stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Right outside the main street of downtown. Great walking distance from everything.

Dirty and worn out.

Posted 19-Dec-2016
This hotel felt like a washed up, worn out dormitory that is way far behind in terms of an update. From the lobby when you walk in to the carpets in the hallways to the guest room I stayed in, just way poorer condition than other Four Points I have stayed in. Then when I went to get into my sheets, another person's hair was in the sheets and they clearly had not been changed. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

As advertised

Posted 1-Dec-2016
The hotel is quiet (yet conveniently located off the highway) and close to town. It only has rooms with 2 doubles or 1 king...turns out we really needed 2 queens. The co-located restaurant closes early if business is slow and no free breakfasts. Rates jump over the weekend.
