If you’re expecting modern and contemporary then think again. Breakfast was very limited especially if a person doesn't like cooked breakfast, there wasn't anything else to eat apart from 2/3 types of cereals. To take a shower was an absolute nightmare as the shower head & knob was very old. Water pressure was awful which meant I couldn't stand under the shower head so I had to do everything single-handed. A quick shower turned to a very long one! Cleanliness was not great as spiders & spider webs were in many places of the room. Heating would not come on when needed as they set it a timer for it Reception never answer the phone whenever we rang, when we go to reception there were 2 people there!! ##### Sama Stayed 2 nights in Oct 2025 ### 6/10 Okay #### Theresa May 26, 2025 Disliked: Staff & service #### Beautiful location but service was slow We had a lovely stay for one night. The hotel location is stunning and we were delighted to see this on arrival. We had a room with a beautiful view but the interior of the hotel was comfortable but quite dated. Dinner was delicious but we waited a long time for it. Breakfast was ok but we had to go and look for cutlery and ask for coffee as it wasn’t replaced.
