Hotel was in a good location - close to Petite France. Rooms are very small and basic. Restaurant food is ok but overpriced. Staff were quick to check us in and before the standard check-in time (bonus), however, our room key kept failing each morning of our 2 night stay and had to be reset each time. That was a little annoying.

The Ibis in Strasbourg was clean and quiet, and the location was excellent. We arrived very late on the train and were grateful to only have to walk across the road to get PC to the accommodation.
The best part of this Ibis is the buffet breakfast. The kitchen provided an excellent spread and it was all very clean and well run.

We booked the hotel while it was in renovation but the staff was super accommodating. Only downside was the broken elevator and being assigned a room on the fourth floor.
