« We booked this unit for one night while we were in Atlanta for a concert. The unit was very clean, the building is a bit older so just general wear and tear. Really appreciated the security of the building, that was an extra bonus since I was traveling alone with my teenage daughter. Liked having the extra room instead of a hotel room even for just one night. The water faucet in the bathroom was very hard to turn and didn't seem to have cold water working great. Otherwise it was a great stay....

« Definitely met our needs. Was in a great spot for restaurants and museum. Felt safe in building. Loved sitting on balcony and seeing the activity of downtown. Was in downtown, so not a quiet place, but was ok for us. The area did often smell of marijuana which may bother some people. The only negative is the shower was difficult to guage temperature. Jodie was immediately responsive. Check in was easy. »

« The location is perfect. It's within walking distance of the aquarium, the convention center, a museum, various other tourist attractions, and groceries. The area is pleasant, quiet, and safe. The condo itself has a clean and pretty interior. There's a washer/dryer and a whole kitchen with a coffee bar. We didn't cook, but you could if you wanted to; they had plenty of supplies including pans, tools and basic foods (sugar, flour, oil etc). We had some troubles with the thermostat. The bedroom...

« Please stay away from this property! They take your damage deposit and then claim you’ve damaged something in their apartment (which there’s many things wrong) then they’ll say you did it, and not refund your money. You speak to woman in some other country with roosters crowing and other load noises going on. Plus they don’t know much English, except for I’m sorry and will get back with you. After 6 weeks of trying to explain this, I got frustrated and told them to keep my $212!! Rip off artists...
