"The staff is super friendly and accommodating! They picked us up from the Pullman airport even late at night. Beautiful views from the rooms, too. Our room was clean and comfortable. We’ll happily stay here again when visiting Pullman!"

"Nice place, rooms are clean, recently remodeled. Terrific free breakfast and a wonderful coffee machine! Used the pool and the temp was great. The only issue I had was at the restaurant. One of my party ordered French Onion soup. It came after dinner and apparently someone didn’t know how the soup works. No cheese or bread and it's not a dessert. "

"No check in clerk. Had to go across parking lot to hotel there to check in. Other hotel being rechippef and no info on how to check on. "

"There was a concerning flashing blue light in the heat/air unit but it worked okay. The TV remote didn't work. The check-in clerk was very pleasant. The price was good. The breakfast was as expected. The property is past due for renovation."
