"BEWARE. Not as described! Our room was dirty with food left in the fridge that smelled. Asked for another room, keys were not activated correctly. Once in our room, someone unlocked our door, and came in. It was the general manger! There is a sign on the door stating the hotel doors were locked from 11pm-6am for the safety of the staff and guests. Thank you Hotels.com for refunding us. *I do want to state how the staff was friendly and nice*"

"Room cleaning is every other day. But the day we requested, cleaners never came. But we just asked for extra toilet papers and towels and they provided it. We threw our trash away. Overall, the front reception was very helpful and accommodating."
