Room was clean with beautiful views. Bus 6 stops right at the front door. Diana at the front desk was incredibly kind and patient answering all our questions. We ate delicious fresh salad and pastries at the coop restaurant.

We had the best room ever! Very spacious and the location is amazing, right on the ski hill. The spa is great and don't miss the very cozy bar with fireplace. The staff were excellent, very helpful getting us ski rentals and information. Loved this hotel, truly a wonderful place to stay!

"They stay was great especially being so close to the lake and Rigi. However , the check-in process was such a mess. Our phone from America could not call the help number provided at the self checkin. We had to go to the bar across the street to make the call."
