The staff was freindly, helpful, gracious ... knew our names throughout our stay.
We looked forward to breakfast every day!
The ONLY down side was that the pool wasn't open. Otherwise we were comfortable and in awe of the beautiful Amarla.

The staff here is amazing. They really want you to take care of you. You are so confortable that you feel like you are at your own home.
Fernando and his crew in the kitchen are so nice and they prepare the most amazing Colombian breakfast and capuccino. I felt pampered and had a great time. Rooms are super spacious, clean and the place is well kept. Thanks. Keep it up.
