« Upon arrival, the pool was off. We have to be change of bedroom two time. First because cause it’s smell smokeOn the month is a first time to the influence of water. Second because we have water a lot of water on the floor. Nobody has come to see what’s going on. We had to wipe the water with our towels. They no longer had clean towels to replace. The smell of marijuana was lingering in the hallways. The breakfast was almost absent. No more coffee, no more muffins. Only hot water and tender...

« The key card to the room didn’t work three separate times. The gal at the counter was super sweet and apologetic, but I had to go up and down and up and down and up and down the elevator three separate times with all my luggage before finally she went up herself to fix the door. Also, there were bug droppings by the coffee maker, the toilet and the sink. Everything else was standard/sufficient. »
