« What a great experience. From the staff (special shutout to Austin at the pool) to the design and set up of the hotel. We had a wonderful time. The food was great, the pool is amazing (we rent a cabana and we cannot recommend it enough), the location was perfect, whether you want to visit Dallas and Forth Worth (15 minutes drive) or want to go to a game in Arlington.
A very pleasant discovery for me. I will stay there again if I ever come back to Texas. »

« Definitely an upscale place! Excellent location for watching the Rangers & every space was beautifully design and decorated. The entire staff was amazing, super friendly & happy to help. The pool was very popular on Saturday, but still had a good vibe. The food by the pool was fantastic, but the pool restaurant could use a better system for delivering orders. People would order food at the bar, then go back to their lounge chairs or the pool and the servers had no idea where to bring the food....
« Our room was clean and when the maid did it in the middle of the week, it was obvious that she did a very good cleaning. The room was exactly as seen in the add. All the staff, day and night was very helpful. A special thanks to Chris who worked day shift. He really helped us organizing our visits in Dallas. We will return at this hotel. »

"Hôtel pratique car proche de l’aéroport avec un service de navette. Pour ma part, j’ai appelé l’hôtel à mon arrivée et j’ai pu prendre la navette 10 minutes après. Pour le départ, il fallait s’inscrire, pareil je n’ai eu aucun pb. La chambre est spacieuse, propre et confortable. Seul bémol, le prurit de la Clim pendant la nuit. Enfin, les parties communes mériteraient un ménage et un entretien plus rigoureux. "

le concierge Philipp est une personne extraordinaire : toujours souriant, de bonheur et de bon conseil. Il a rendu notre séjour très agréable.
Notre chambre avait une magnifique vu sur la ville de Dallas. Juste un petit point sur la salle de bain qui mériterait une rénovation.
Le petit déjeuner Gold au 18 eme étage était merveilleux !
Le petit déjeuner dans le restaurant Pyramid est extrêmement cher: 6$ un café et 12$ un croissant et un pain au chocolat ( certe très bon mais quand même…)
La piscine et la salle de sport sont très appréciables et très bien entretenues.

"Pour le prix c'était bien. Lits confortables et bonne aération. Notre douche (surtout le bain )devrait être changé car celui-ci est émaillé et le bain bouche facilement. Sinon c'est bien"
