Jason or Justin was very helpful and very friendly including my stays

Stayed in many hotels but this had the quietest room I have ever had . Could not hear people dragging suitcases up and down the hallways. Breakfast is supreme and Trudy in the dining room gave outstanding service.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. We were able to get a room when we arrived early at 11 am which was greatly appreciated. The rooms were clean and comfy. ALL the staff were very friendly! Every staff member we met in the halls greeted us and wished us a nice stay. The location was perfect for walking around.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. Cons: If you like old Vegas, then maybe you would like The Granite Town Hotel. The hotel is very dated and old. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance. The pet friendly room we stayed in had rust running down the side of the tub. The paint on the bathroom ceiling was coming down. The mattress was very hard. The furniture was old and dingy. The table in the suite was very marked up and stained. The heater/air conditioning unit had to be off at night because it rattled so loud you wouldn’t be able to be sleep. The price per night was high considering the condition and amenities of the hotel. I found charging $25 a night per dog excessive. I would have been happy to put down a damage deposit.
