Volcano park entrance is nearby. But there is no need for a national park as you have a front stage view of the volcano, 11 km of trails, access to guides, a waterfall, hanging bridges, and wildlife! We only needed to leave to access the hot springs. Otherwise this is paradise!

"The view of the volcano is amazing, the property is as picture, great for a couple, it has everything that you need for a good stay (reliable WiFi, a/c , hot water, jacuzzi, kitchen, parking space) far away from the town noise but close enough to the main attractions, different restaurants and supermarkets around the area and Gabriela the host was very attentive and helpful with many recommendations, very satisfied with my stay in villa luna, I definitely recommend it "

Minimalistic with all the necessary stuff, neat and has a good view of the Arenal Volcano.
Diana, the host was super helpful and attended to our needs. Loved staying here. It's also close to all the main attractions.

"Our room was amazing, perfect view of the entire volcano even from my bed. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Evelyn, Jose and Fransisco treated us like royalty. Free breakfast was incredible, poolside food and Emperador restaurant was pretty good. Volcano restaurant had great ambience but food was subpar.
Overall was a great value for a 5 star hotel."
