This hotel was perfect besides the WiFi that was far from what it should be. Hopefully that has been fixed. That was the only thing that was an issue for us.

Staying at Hotel Bristol was the best decision we made for our vacation. Every person who works here cares about your stay and does their very best to make it perfect going above and beyond. We miss them already. Exceded expectations!

The property is a charming historic hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely as well, though it was a bit chilly to use it. We enjoyed sitting beside it. Our room was well appointed though cosy. People who enjoy a spacious room would want to specify that when booking. The restaurant is excellent. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner.

A beautiful château on a Vineyard. Definitely an upscale venue. Staff are wonderful to deal with. You’re in the country surrounded by nature. It’s about 15 minutes or so to St. Emillion having a car is a good idea.

Les chambres sont très propres et très bien entretenu. La localisation est superbe pour visiter Bayonne et les autres villes et villages du pays basque. Il y a plusieurs très bon restaurant à proximité incluant le restaurant de l’hôtel.

This a beautiful hotel (better than the photos) - it was recently renovated and feels very chic and new, from the lobby to the bar to the rooms. The staff also were excellent. It was my 40th birthday and they put balloons and a card in my room and a voucher for two free drinks, which I just thought was above and beyond. STAY HERE, you won't regret it.

We had amazing time during our stay. Staff who were assisting us were very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Bouchra and Natalia were great hosts. We would strongly recommend this place to travellers looking for a quiet chateau experience close to Bordeaux.
