"Stayed one night. Upon arrival Preston at the front desk was very polite, informative, and accommodating when we asked if there was a ground floor room available. He seemed to genuinely care that we were informed and happy with our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. There was some improvement construction going on but only on off hours and it did not affect our stay. The improvements should be nice when completed. 24 hour coffee and breakfast in the morning was good. Would definitely stay again as it was a good value and a clean safe space to stay."

"Parking was safe and easy. The room was clean. Most importantly, it was warm--even with the heat down to 62F I was very comfortable. Floors were warm, too. The Wi-Fi was strange for my iPhone: I had to first turn on cellular, then connect to Wi-Fi, then I could disconnect cellular. The front desk tried sincerely to help but I had to figure it out. And yet, on my computer, Wi-Fi just worked."
