Booked the room, received a confirmation, was charged for the booking, when we arrived there was no one to let us into the facility, we tried the number that was listed to call … no one answered. It was late in the evening and we then had to scramble to find another hotel stay at. Read the fine print - this facility does not have a traditional reception or even telephone support, and advises that you need to make sure you receive entry instructions at least 24 hours before arrival. Should not have accepted our booking if they were not able to send us information on how to get into our room. This was a bad experience for us! Zero stars!

Venue exceptionally clean and very quiet. Breakfast ample & well presented. Staff courteous and always willing to tend to any matter arising. Pool was unheated but clean and crystal clear. Additional meals could be arranged by appointment with chef. We will be returning. Not so much a hotel but a private villa which you immerse yourself in and enjoy the relaxed ambiance.
