« The hotel staff were excellent and the property is in a great location. We were in town for a wedding and our room did not have clothing hangers or anywhere to hang clothes. Staff brought hangars and an ironing board. Also, our water pressure was awful and the smell of rotten eggs/sulfur came from the bathroom sink when using the water. We would stay again but definitely request specific amenities. »

« Booked through Expedia, had the paperwork and the confirmation and Ho Jo said they had no record. Then wouldn’t engage with Expedia to give Me my money back. Two calls and over an hour Eventually got most of my money back but still have to call back again to get the insurance back. Guessing HoJo got a better offer for the room(s) as there were others affected. Super inconvenient. In town for an event ended up staying an hour away and missed some of the event. »
