Good hotel. Enjoyed my stay.

I most appreciated the room sizes. The two bedroom suite allows parents and kids to have their own space. The pull out couch and extra air mattress were very comfy, and everyone got their own bed. Breakfast was simple, but good. Pool area small, but clean and nice for kida. I would definitely book again!

Clean

Staff was receptive, property was clean and the breakfast though simple was filling. Not much to say other then I'd definitely stay more than a night if I had too.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver from the airport (Derek) was great as was the driver to the mall. Room was clean and bed was so comfy!

Mall of America and shuttle to the airport 24h clean spacious room good price

The room accommodated our large group. 3 adults 4 children, spacious rooms double bathrooms perfect for what we needed.

Overall a pleasant room although carpet could have used a more thorough vacuuming. Bathroom was not up to our standard as hair from previous guests was found in several spots. Beds were very comfortable and fridge very handy! Pool was an added bonus!

I liked that it was located beside the Twin Cities Premium outlet mall and I didn't have to drive. There was plenty of parking, and the room was pleasing with all amenities.

I had the most efficient seamless check in experience ever. Seriously. Ever. So pleasantly surprised at the room. The breakfast was delicious. Location was phenomenal. If I had to complain, I’d say I’d complain that there’s no hot tub. I say that specifically because I only saw 2 photos online of the pool area and I couldn’t see a hot tub so I made a point to actually call in to inquire and I was informed that there was a hot tub. There is no hot tub.

Nothing not to like. Hotel has been updated, free delicious breakfast, and right next to Mall of America. Staff were great.

Having to pay for parking was silly. The room had a stain on the carpet, but was otherwise clean.

Came in for a trip from Manitoba. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is nice and clean. Would definitely recommend a hotel. All of the stores were nearby.

Clean room, great AC, one of the best breakfasts I've had for a hotel, awesome location, clear to the mall and train stations, only downfall is the lack of a hot tub and you have pay for parking, otherwise highly recommend!!

Room was clean and large. Breakfast was well made and tasty. Staff was incredibly kind.

Close to mall and airport. Very quiet.

This was a great place to stay, stuff were very friendly and nice. Room was very clean and spacious would definitely stay there again.
